Dr. DJ Dailey, III, DDS, PA
CEO / Primary Doctor
Dr. Dailey is a fourth generation resident of Little Rock, AR. After graduating from Catholic High School, he served two years of active duty and four years of reserve duty in the United States Navy. He attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and then moved over to Memphis Tennessee where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee, College of Dentistry in 1997.
Dr. Dailey has been voted Best of the Best Cosmetic Dentist seventeen times in Central Arkansas by the Arkansas Democrat reader’s poll along with many other awards that show his greatness with Cosmetics.
When he’s not making beautiful smiles, you can find him breaking it down on the dance floor. Dr. Dailey enjoys traveling, camping, exercising, learning, and spending time and making memories with his wife, Joy and his daughters, Ryn and Morgan.

Dr. Alexis Clement, D.D.S.
Doctor
Dr. Clement was born & raised in central Arkansas. After completing her bachelor of science at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, she attended dental school at Texas A&M School of Dentistry in Dallas. Dr. Clement now resides in Bryant with her husband Keith. In her spare time she loves spending time with her dogs, playing mahjong & needlepointing!
Dr. Clement is excited to be a part of the team at Smile Dailey & she is looking forward to meeting and caring for her patients.
